I love hiking! I live in the Sacramento area but go to the Bay Area frequently.
Hi Chico -- just posted address for Walking Dead tomorrow. Look forward to seeing and getting to know each other :)
Hi, Chico, Sorry you had to miss the hike yesterday - hope your mom is doing better!
Hi Chico! Thanks for joining Sac Horror Fans...looking forward to meeting you and having a zombierific time at the Walking Dead party. :)
Hi Chico, Thanks for responding to my e-mail. I did read your messages. I am looking forward to the hike at Marin Headlands in Feb., such a wonderful hiking area and so many trails.
Went on the Marin Headlands hike today with a friend, same trails and also to the Lighthouse which was aweseome. We went up the Coastal Trail first and then hit the Miwouk Trail. It was a loop, great hike. The weather was gorgeous, sunny, clear, no fog. It was a little windy but we were glad because it would have been too warm. We had a dog with us so we spent some time also on the beach. Dogs are allowed on those trails.
Don't worry; you weren't the only one. Two other people didn't show up. We waited until 6:05 and then started walking. BTW, Wednesday evening, 19 Dec, we're going to meet in Rocklin to do a Christmas lights walk if you're interested. Check out the posting. Hope you'll join us. --bc
Hi Chico. I think the young folk (which you kind of look like in your photo) are more comfortable with using the Meet-Up web-site. Look at the Sierra Club Singles web site for more of our activities. Most of them are not actually "singles". It's just that a lot of the leaders started there, and continue to lead in that group. SC Singles activities are listed at: http://motherlode.sierraclub.org/sing... Barb
Number is [masked]. See you @ the trailhead. --bc
Chico - Let me know if you'd like to ride together tonight to Roseville for hike. I'll be leaving home at about 5:20 pm. No prob if you don't. --bc
