Walk The Pounds Off! Walking Club
Walking alone can be boring and repetitive after a while. One solution is to join a walking club. Wlaking can help shed those extra pounds! Join other fun enthusiastic walkers that are interested in staying healthy and fit with walking. This is a great workout as well as a great place to meet new people. Come join us for a brisk morning walk at the beach. Enjoy the cool beach air and beautiful views of the ocean.
Join us on Saturday mornings 9 a.m.(no meeting on 11/17/12, 12/8/12 and 1/12/13) North of the HB pier (near Duke's). Wear comforable walking shoes and bring water!
