Sorry, but the date of the arts show I had to move to Saturday, November 13th, 2010
In stead of Saturday November 6th.

November 13th’s Writers, Artists, and Musicians Arts Fair:

Please, everyone that is showing their work and all helpers need to arrive at 3pm.

There will be one refrigerator where you can store a small sack or bag for your dinner.

Coffee, Tea, and Iced Water will be provided, bring your own soda pop’s.

There are 8 tables for us to display our works. Everyone gets ½ a table in the beginning to show your work. There will be around 20 chairs for the people who are display their work.

Musicians, please bring a dependable set of earphones to share your music and
(a good idea) a second set just in case the first set quits. Please bring your portable CD players or cassette players (or whatever) with you and a set of extra batteries.

Yes, you do have to pay sales tax on everything you sell. The Sales Tax Rate is 9.5 percent for anything sold. So do keep track of how many you sell and at what price so you can pay me the sales tax due from you before you leave. I will need to have those lists also. Please do put your names on them.

A donation jar for when the public enters to see our works will be by the door.
Any cash donations will help cover the cost of the facility rental for the day and evening,
plus the added cost of the provided refrigerator and the coffee, tea, and ice water for us.

There is no liquor is be sold or to be drank in this arts fair, not even a beer for yourself.

Smokers must go outside and stand farther down the sidewalk than the art show door and window.

Those of you who have to take a bus there or the Metra Train can close down earlier just to be sure that you can make all of your connections to get home that evening.

There is one handicapped restroom and another one that is not disability equipped.

If you can, please download the store window, letter-sized poster (Adobe Reader Format) from our “Files” area to your computers.
Kindly print some and ask store owners or help is they will post one or let you
do that in their store window or their posting board. That time is NOW, thank you.

John Wiley, Co-Facilitator.
