WWII Skirmish and WWII Air - two games
WWII Skirmish
Each side will have up to a platoon of soldiers to attack, or defend, a French farm in 1944.
This scenario uses the "Troops, Weapons and Tactics" rules from Too Fat Lardies. These rules emphasize tactical leadership through "Big Man" cards. For example, once engaged a squad can move only when activated by a leader, and they spot and shoot much more effectively when following a leader's directions.
A squad is activated when their card comes up, or when the appropriate tactical leader's card is drawn. The turn might also end early when the "Tea Break" card shows up. This reinforces the point that good things just don't happen, they have to be forced by good leadership!
