Tuesday Night Bootcamp

My name is Sensei David Abraham,  I’ve grown up in martial arts. I hold 2 Blackbelts, one in Tae Kwon Do and Another in Traditional Japanese Karate. Im currently a USANKF Olympic appointed coach in Karate.With 21 years of martial arts and now 15yrs as a instructor and coach.  I’ve seen, done and trained with various styles, amateur & professional athletic fighters.  I enjoy teaching others to train and better them self. So i started a workout class that I didn't want to label it because i rather tell you what it’s not! 

NOT a bouncy cardio class with cool loud music
not a traditional karate class or yoga class
NEVER EVER a routine
NOT based on the Music beats, Plus I'm not a DJ so if you hear the same more attention to your workout!
Never ends on time (class will always be at least 60mins BUT don’t be surprised if you are 90mins into working out and we are still going)
Not Easy

After months of running the class I finally gave it a name - WarriorFit, Inspired by the intense fullbody program like no other. mixing years of drills used by all types of warriors throughout the ages combined with todays modern cardio to create the ultimate program. This program will not only take you to a new fitness level but you will walk away after each session with real training experience taken from karate, mma,boxing, samurais, military and many types of warriors.
Warriot Fit is not just a workout but an attitude and approach to life, to be challenge and surpass what ever is in front of you with honor regardless the out come

no matter what shape your in today, your age or  body type and as long as you commit to the program and give it your all…I guarantee and make you walk away stronger, fitter, flexible and have taught you real martial arts.
