Stomp in the Snow #16 - Return to the Slip & Slide

Don't get too excited about spring, there is still plenty of winter fun to be had!!  The current weather forecast is for snow on Wed and Thurs......so what better time to return to our favorite snowshoe route that includes the Slip & Slide and has been deemed by some as the "An Adult Playground" (Note: not the R or X rated kind).  We will meet at the Big Cottonwood Canyon Park & Ride at 6:00 to carpool up the canyon.  This is the hike that goes around the north end of Lake Mary and then down under Mount Millicent.  It is about 2 miles total distance with an approximate 1000' elevation gain.  Watch the weather to be prepared, dress in layers and bring a headlamp (Note: it may still be light at the end of the hike due to the time change, so be prepared if it's not.)

The cabin is available for socializing after the hike, so BYOB and something to share........it's party time again!!!
