Discussion generally centers around practical applications of Sufism in today's world with selected topics and writings from various authors and teachers discussed at each meeting.

All religions are but a path, the destination generally remains the same. The majority of recent religions which most of us share in common are revealed religions that required conversions. In theory no one was born a christian or a Muslim -this or that, They accepted a religion and a prophet -ie their path.
A Sufi realizes that today's Hindu can be tomorrow's Christian, that today's Christian may be tomorrows Muslim and vice versa. Until we can see the future or read peoples hearts we should treat all we encounter for what they can be - and realize they are just a fellow Brother or Sister following the path that is designed for them.
