Our client, a dynamic and growing B2B technology company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a successful track record of generating Sales leads via direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, webinars, 3rd party sponsored events and web based marketing (SEO, PPC and marketing with 3rd party publications)

Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing programs and activities to generate leads and build sales pipeline.
• Interface with direct mail/marketing agencies and list vendors to produce creative, obtain targeted email and direct mail lists, and drive program execution from start through finish
• Develop and implement email and database marketing programs to develop leads and generate new qualified opportunities, with responsibilities for lead nurturing, lead scoring, database segmentation, lead profiling, and 3rd-party list rentals and acquisitions
• Develop relationships with marketing counterparts at technology partners and create and execute quarterly marketing plans
• Monitor performance and ROI of programs using SalesForce.com and communicate performance of all programs including leads, new opportunities generated, sales pipeline, and bookings resulting from programs
• Write marketing program copy including email blast copy, web landing pages, and other program-related collateral

Job Requirements:
• 4+ years marketing experience, ideally at a small entrepreneurial B2B technology company
• Experience and successful track record executing and reporting on multiple marketing programs, including email marketing and nurturing campaigns, webinars, direct mail, SEO, Web marketing and live events.
• Ability to manage marketing programs from concept through implementation
• Strong detail orientation, organizational skills to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, follow-through and execution skills; creativity and flexibility
• Ability to coordinate resources across sales and marketing functions and build rapport with sales team and other professional staff
• Superior communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Marketing automation software (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Manticore, Silverpop), including experience with lead nurturing, lead scoring, and database marketing are highly desirable
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SalesForce.com. Html and/or graphic design skills a plus
• BA/BS in marketing or business-related field
