#hack4good is a unique global hackathon focusing solely on uniting the worlds greatest expert engineers, designers, product builders and entrepreneurs. Together we are helping make the world a better place by building projects that help humanity.

Teams will be joining in San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Paris, London, Berlin, Moscow, Tel Aviv, Santiago, Cincinnati, Minsk, Kazan, Costa Rica, Topi, Kathmandu, New Delhi as well as online.

Over 500 participants are registered around the world so far.

The event is 48 hours. The format includes a meetup and sessions on the API's and tools available for use.

Themes will include hacking to help:
- disaster and emergency solutions
- education and learning
- workplace and jobs
- poverty and hunger
