I Am Not a Machine: Humanizing the Product Management Experience

Tired of feeling like a code robot? Feel like a website vending machine? Web design should be human-first and so should web creation. Jason will speak on the aspects of human-first product and project management, how to avoid pitfalls and create happy engineers and developers. Happy geeks write happy code.

Jason Rico is an Obama for America '12 alum who helped protect the OFA digital development team from any and all distraction, frustration, meddling and interference allowing them to focus on creating code to win an election. He is passionate about keeping developers happy, person-oriented code processes and beer. He is currently a freelance contractor, spreading the gospel of human-first product management in Chicago.

I had to bail early but what I saw of the presentation was pretty awesome! I'm tired of being just a code robot. Sometimes it makes me want to become one of the killer pink robots. :-|
