The Windows Applications Lead Developer will
participate on an existing rewrite project of a client relationship application,
with future application development work on other projects. The project team currently consists of
three developers. The candidate
should be familiar with the Microsoft technology stack in general, and .NET in
particular (see requirements below).

Propose
and design technical solutions

Create
new system features & components
·
Enhance
existing features & components
·
Provide
remediation for existing system issues
·
Lead
both code and design reviews
·
Produce
effective technical documentation where needed
· Assist in business analysis and build relationships with users
Required
Skills and Competencies:
Mandatory
requirements:
·
At least
5 years of .NET experience, including at least 3 years of working with .NET 3.0
or above
·
Strong
object-oriented design and patterns in .NET
·
Familiarity
with distributed enterprise applications (systems that span several physical
machines)
·
Strong
preference for experience with .NET 3.0 technologies: WCF, WF, TPL
·
Experience
with automated unit testing and automating software
deployment
·
Database
proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or preferably
2008)
·
Familiarity
with .NET 3.5 + C# 3.0 preferred
·
Familiarity
with Agile Scrum Development process
·
Individual
needs previous experience out of a 24X7, Mission Critical Financial Services
Firm
·
Undergraduate
degree a must
