Hi Jo, Sorry for the delay. The intermediate ride was great until a very unusual thing happened; my good friend Mark had a bad crash on the most challenging trail at Huntington; he landed hard on his head and he felt a lot of pain in his neck, so we told him not to move and we called 911 to play it safe, and he was taken to the hospital. He was released in a few hours, and should be fine, although he's pretty sore right now. Just to reassure you, this is very rare; most crashes are minor.
