What are the basic tools you need to build/manage/test/ analyze your website?

This session will be a round robin of 5-10 minute presentations with 5 minutes of Q&A after each one. We need presenters to quickly answer the following about their favorite tool:

1) What is the tool for? Building, managing, testing, analyzing, monitoring, other?

2) What does it do?

3) What makes it great?

4) Why should it be in your toolbag?

If you are interested in presenting your favorite tool please let me know!
