Managing Building a Website

Per Jaa St. Julien, this meeting will be about "the flow process of development between client and company to final product. Do's and Dont's. Systematic approaches. Billing. Proposals and contracts." We will explore how to manage graphic design, functional development, content, and SEM. How do you handle vendors who do provide or clients who ask too much?

Being the Web Design Meetup, we will of course actually put together a proposal for a website covering both the client and the vendor.
