“ So I drove from Conroe to attend this meetup (roughly an hour's drive), and I have to say I was a little disappointed. I really thought it would be more about how to write content, and distribute it via social networking; instead the presentation felt like it was more about how to cheat the PageRank system. The speaker was okay at facilitating, but came across as though he was making stuff up on the spot, as opposed to having done the research to have quality answers to questions in the group. Frequent answers included "Well, no one really knows." As far as the participation side of things went, most of the break-out groups were interesting, but I felt like during the main presentation, certain participants were allowed to hijack the topics to some extent. I will keep an eye one this group, as there could be topics I would like to see in the future, but I will probably not attend on a regular basis. ”
