    In the upper third and about the middle of this photo you can see the fruit, near the last of this season. This tree had about 50 fruits on it this year. The flowers are pretty brown things that bloom in early spring, and have only natural pollinator, the carrion fly. So something has to be dead in the within the vicinity. (Well, I didn't smell anything dead during the time of bloom) Humans are pollinating now to refine the quality of this fruit.
