Are you ready to get fit for Fall? Registration for the new Weightloss Challenges is starting. We will be starting Tuesday, September 1, at Canton Center Chiropractic, Wednesday Sept 3 at Anytime Fitness,Westland and Thursday, September 3 at Plymouth Anytime Fitness. These challenges consist of a 12 week one hour class discussing topics such as carbohydrates, metabolism, dining out, digestion and what you can do to make yourself healthier. You will receive personal coaching, group support and a five day free gym pass. Cost to join is $35. What we do is throw that fee in a big pot and at the end of the challenge, the top three 'biggest percentage losers' will split the cash. Bring friends with you-MORE CASH in the pot!!
