Hello Monday Night Weight Loss Challenge Group -
Happy Monday, we have this week plus two more before we hand out the cash.
For those of you in the challenge, now is the time to continue to stay committed to your goals for being in the challenge. For many of you you need to increase your water intake, for others you are still skipping meals.
The weather is getting nice, a 15 min walk at lunch time or the end of the day is going to make all the difference.
