Summer is near, it is time for some FREE Fun activities that focus on the Physical state of our Body. No doubt will you also get a dose of practical tips to keep the mind Healthy and Stress Free.
Don't worry we will not make you walk over hot Coal.
This club will focus on Weight Management and Good Health trough exercise.
We can also all share information with each other on topics that involve the Body and Soul. If you wish to get or stay into "Shape" and or have something to share with this group then join our Club.
We intend to meet up on Beaches and Parks around Melbourne for some hands on "WORK OUTS" that are to be supervised by volunteer experts.
Warning: Those that RSVP Yes will need to attend no matter what the weather forecast will be. This Club is not about a WALK in the PARK. it is more about a Run in the Park.
It will also become our custom that we share a relaxing drink (Water?) at a venue near by where we do our open air workouts.
Guest Speakers/Coaches or those that are willing to assist this group remain Fit and Healthy are invited to apply and indeed welcomed to "educate us".
We urge you to tell your friends about us, if we get the numbers right we could be meeting regularly. This will ensure we all have Fun and reach our Weight and Fitness Goals sooner whilst meeting new people that can also become close friends.
