Coach Lisa Lea Farley CHC, RYT 200 -Lisa Lea Farley is a Certified Health Coach and Yoga Instructor. She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Pure Yoga with Equinox in New York City. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and registered with Yoga Alliance. She is also an AFAA nationally certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Lisa has a private health coaching and yoga practice specializing in effective diet, lifestyle changes, and yoga to help her clients lose weight, have more energy, sleep better, and become more confident in all aspects of life in addition to leading corporate workshops on nutrition and lifestyle for health and vitality.
