This series of 6 exercises is designed to improve the flow of energy (Ki) through the 12 main meridian channels (energy pathways), and strengthen the organ systems associated with each meridian.
The practice of these stretches on a daily basis will help to bring your energy into balance and improve your health.
Please wear flexible clothing and bring your yoga mat or a similar alternative. Also, please refrain from eating a large meal before arriving.
All levels of experience welcome. I hope you are able to come.
Class will be taught by Lynn Barrier, Journey of the Heart Energy Healing. Lynn is a gifted practitioner of Shiatsu Oriental Bodywork and Reiki Energy Healing.
