Saw some old friends and met some new ones. MORCA are really nice people and I think we should invite them to ride with us in Santa Cruz - EMT/Wilder and Demo/Seg3,5.

I got to say a big thank you Alex for the bottle of water. It saved my life after mile 15.

I'm planning on doing that a lot more Alex. I want to see MORCA, MBOSC and SVMTB all coming together with SJMTB for rides and events.

Thanks Ben and the folks at Morca for keeping me hydrated for this ride. Next time I won't forget my hydration pak so I can ride with the advanced folks.

Would normally head south on 101 but if there are carpoolers along 17 or 1, chime in and I will head down that way. I can carry 3 plus me.

At the risk of being a rebel---why are we leaving so early for a ride which is further away :-) For some, I think it means leaving at 7 am in order to get there in comfortable time to actually start a ride at 9. So what......we go to bed on a Saturday night at 9 or 10? Thats when some of us leave to go out for the night. LOL

Anyone going from the LG area?

Leaving from 101/280/680 area @7. Plenty of room if interested.

So this ride is a little hazy at the moment. .. we need to see how Krista is doing before she can for sure be there. Fred, is more than capable of leading this group if the morca folks want to guide the route.

Bob, I am also traveling from Sunnyvale and we can carpool together. Currently I have only a single bike tray on the rack, but I have an additional that I should be able to add.
