Just wanted to throw this out there for everyone just starting up their riding for the year. I know getting started in the beginning of the season can be a little rough so I was thinking of having my wife's personal trainer do a boot-camp workout for up to 10 of us one night a week. It would be a great way to cross train for the upcoming season and would likely help reduce your recovery time between rides by building some lean muscle.
Let me know what you all think. Personally I think it would be fun to get together as a group to workout.
