West End Club London is a language lovers’ party for nice people with similar interests to get to know each other and learn from each other. So apart from the language learning sessions, WECL is a socialising event by nature as well.

The event is usually held each Thursdays in The Duke of York (Add: 8 Dering street , London W1S 1AF), approx 3 minutes walking from either Oxford Circus or Bond Street tube stations on the Central, Victoria, Bakerloo and Jubilee Lines. The pub has 3 floors, we use downstairs lounge, . There is a sign of “meetup.com/West End Club London ” when you enter the pub to indicate the event location.

We are an Multi Language Association organization part of Meet Up.com Family, which started in November 2005 and based in London, UK. It is an association for the International People. We always welcome new friends from any country. Our members hail from:

BRITAIN, JAPAN, KOREA, FAR EAST,CHINA,USA,, ITALY, RUSSIA, FRANCE, GERMAN, SPAIN, BULGARIA, HUNGARY, CZECH REPUBLIC, POLAND, SCANDINAVIA, DENMARK ,etc.

West End Club London 2010 offers regular "Sit & Chat" in European languages, currently English, French, German, Italian, Spanish,Portoguese and Russian & Asian Languages Chinese,Japanese & Korean + sometimes Arabic .

It's a great opportunity to develop your spoken language skills through conversation in friendly groups in a quiet pub Duke Of York 8 Dering Street - London W1S 1AA each Thursdays. You can also contribute by helping others with your native language.

Whether you've recently come here and want to improve your English or you have rusty language skills or you are already fluent in a language, West End Club London has something to offer.

1): £5.00 for 12 months annual yearly membership card or
2): £3.00 per event attended (guests of members also pay this)
Money raised from membership fees goes towards paying the meetup.com subscription, which I have to pay as organiser.
