You are invited to a social meetup at Coram Fields, London. All are welcome (adults with or without children). It says on the website that all adults need to be accompanied by a child. The limit for adult attendees is 30 and I spoke to a gentleman from Coram Fields who said there should be no more that 5 adults per child. (I will be keeping tabs of the ratios in the comment box to inform everyone how we are doing). Therefore it is essential that everyone who wants to attend RSPV's by 21st Nov (explaining if you are bringing children (and how many) or not, to make sure we do not go over that ratio.
We shall be meeting at the main entrance (outside gate) at 2pm. Please call me on[masked] if you have any problems finding it, or are going to be late and I can come and meet you :)
There is a cafe, but I think it would be nice if we brought our own food to eat for obvious reasons. There is some shelter too apparently, but bring an umbrella just incase.
Here is some blurb about the venue:
'Coram's Fields is a unique seven acre playground and park for children and young people living in or visiting London. It includes a Youth Centre, Children's Centre, Community Nursery, Sports Programme, a city farm and a cafe which is open from March until October.
The park is open all year round from 9am until dusk and is free and open to children and young people under 16. No adult can enter Coram's Fields without a child and our friendly on-site staff ensure that everyone can enjoy their visit. You can find Coram's Fields in the heart of London between King's Cross and Holborn.'
