Dear All

Thanks for your feedback. Comments were that a bank holiday would be worse for transport connections and, many of you have family commitments. Hopefully we get a date soon, which I will run past you all before confirming, to make sure we don't have any major conflicts with other events.

I am possibly aiming for early Autumn now. The reason for delay is that lots of ideas are being put into place to improve the event and to respond to all the fabulously useful feedback we received from delegates.

The major change that I can confirm will be a new venue, Sandown Racecourse, which is large enough for the event to grow for many years to come. It has limitless exhibition space which will allow, for the first time, complete separation of exhibition and lecture space. This was hard to find! Lecture rooms are larger and the venue has great access to outdoor space and a generous supply of smaller rooms for workshops.

It is also better located than Epsom, Situated just 10 minutes walk from Esher Station (25 minutes from London Waterloo), 5 minutes from the M25 and 12 miles from London Heathrow Airport.

One of the more exciting aspects is that I have negotiated that exhibitors will be permitted to sell meals from exhibition stalls, which is something I have never been allowed by a venue to do in the past.

I will be back in touch soon as we have a date and I can confirm all of the exciting things I have planned, once I can confirm that they can be achieved.

Best, Philip Ridley.
