I am emailing the WAPF chapter leaders to let them know of the WAPF inspired cookery courses kicking off in just over a week.
On the course we are using organ meat, broth, gelatin, making sourdough and using organic/seasonal ingredients. Basically inspired by my book which you may have seen was reviewed by sally Fallon in this latest edition of the Nourishing Traditions magazine.
