Anyone know more about this:

I know this is meant to work when walking on grass/soil/sand and does not work on wood but what about concrete/paving slabs?
What about wearing cotton socks, would this defeat the purpose of being barefoot?

I do not know exactly know Claire, but concrete/paving surfaces are insulators. Its an eloving subject. Perhaps one needs to walk around with a voltmeter; well literally, measure your body electricity on grass, concrete, whatever and get an exact reading.

Its like we have our best to disociate from the earth. Its an entire criticim on societies orientation.

I've been watching how stray cats have survived below freezing cold winters; and am puzzled ...let alone penguins in -50 degrees + temperatures in the poles/

The interesting thing about grounding to me is somethings proven to directly alters in your body chemisty; no one can deny; and it says something for us so us called advanced society shoe adicts ... hmmm primitive.

Sure we keep people alive for longer in this day and age, but often in pain. Comfort carpets, concrete and laminated flooring seem to be causing a hidden devolution in society.

The comprehensive primer on this is Clint Ober and Stephen Sinatra's book "Earthing" and you can download a FREE copy of it here:
