Mastermind groups use the power of collective brainstorming and open hearts to discuss goals, come up with creative solutions and pragmatic steps to create accountability for implementing these solutions. Listening is as important as talking and asking questions. Let our voices be heard!

As T. Harv Eker wrote in "Secrets of a Millionaire Mind": thought leads to feelings which lead to actions which lead to results.

Every meeting, each member will have the op to use collective mind power to help deal with and resolve real problems standing in the way of each one's success.

Napoleon Hill first introduced the concept of Mastermind groups in his now classic book, "Think And Grow Rich." The Mastermind principle is: "The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony. Two minds come together to create a third, invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind."

Women intrinsically have so much to offer. We are bombarded with choices, but expected to do so much ourselves. This is OUR chance to express ourselves without judgment or guilt. To share what works, what doesn't. What might work for one person might be disastrous for another. Let's share, openly, freely, no obligations. Collaborations and supportive ideas and energy can arise.

Let's share the concepts and thoughts of motivational speakers, Personal Development authors/speakers. Let's discuss great books or events we've attended, and how the wisdom, concepts and discussions we were exposed to changed and improved our lives.

Please write me with your suggestions, ideas, questions, whatever. This is NOT about promoting a specific business, nor tech how-to, but about our obstacles, dreams, issues which we need/want clarity or focus to move forward. And to discuss topics or exercises for future meetings.

We plan a series of hands-on networking and group activities. These will include, but are not limited to:

GENERAL:
• warm, friendly networking, where each member and guest are encouraged to share business and personal goals,
• discussion and exercises to more clearly define our goals and how to attain them.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:
• incorporate samples of effective life/executive coaching,
• incorporate/refer to various Personal Development philosophies/attitudes/techniques Jim Rohn, T Harv Eker (Secrets of a Millionaire Mind), Jeff Olson, Mark Victor Hansen (1 Minute Millionaire), Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter (Rich Dad Poor Dad), the Secret, Laws of Attraction, etc.
• blogging, journaling to help us each move forward.

HEALTH:
• healthier eating, exercise (particularly yoga) and meditation.

PLAY:
• importance of play, art, writing, music in all aspects of our lives,
• incorporate "adult play" with various art exercises in small, affordable workshops.

TECHNOLOGY:
• various discussions of online branding strategies which includes basic SEO,
• which web design software most effectively utilizes better SEO,
• basic website elements and user friendly essentials which most people ignore.

SUGGESTIONS:
• wear comfy clothes,
• bring pen, paper and lots of business cards!

Meetings:
• we start on time! We end with informal networking.
• bring food and beverages if you want. We probably will not provide anything (unless we can find sponsors; if anyone has ideas, pls write!). We will keep this inexpensive.

NO men because they can dominant and forceful. We're all about playful, joyful, energetic, thoughtful exchange of ideas, goals, and PRACTICAL solutions. From a woman's POV.
