Here is the menu for the event coming up Oct 18 at 6:30pm. Our chef is pairing a special menu with Seghesio wines!

The courses are listed below. Price is $40/person and reservations are required. This tasting will showcase Chef Tex’s talents perfectly.

Seghesio Wine Tasting and Pairing

1st Course: Cantaloupe wrapped with prosciutto – Pinot Grigio

2nd Course: Wild boar meatballs over tagliatelle pasta and Bolognese sauce - Sangiovese

3rd Course: Lamb lollypops over BBQ reduction – Sonoma Zinfandel

4th Course: Spicy filet stuffed with blue cheese and wine reduction – Old Vine Zinfandel

5th Course: Deep sea cioppino with red wine tomato sauce – Rockpile Zinfandel
