I had to completely reset my PayPal this morning and it will not work for 2-3 days. I even tried my husband's Paypal and it would not work. I have already requested the day off. Is there any way to pay directly by credit card not using my Paypal?

I'm a new member as of yesterday. It seems that quite a few towns and a county around here are members of ICLEI a hard core communist / Socialist international organization disguised as an environmental organization.
