Hey Liz - are you still here? And if so, then do you remember me and my pending shoulder surgery? I was reviewing some things at Meetup and came upon your message from February, 2011. I had surgery on my right shoulder in July of that year, and exactly one month ago today my left shoulder got its turn! The right is in good shape now, and hopefully the same will be true of the left by sometime in 2014. Just thought I'd touch bases and ask how complete your recovery was?

It's good to hear from you. I just got from VA today and would love to hang out with you and your friends. Don't forget since I teach, so I’m off the month of July....:-). This coming Monday I'm headed to the coaches’ clinic in Greensboro and will be back on Tuesday, so drop me and email and we will get together.
