That's right gang it's kayoga time again. TABOO and Carolina Mike's Kayaking Adventures and Wendy Fit Yoga Studios are teaming up again to bring you Yoga and Kayaking in the Tampa Bay area. This time we're paddling to a spoil island in the interoastal near Crystal Beach. We'll paddle to the island for a 1 hour session of yoga at sunset and then dine on wine & cheese and a turkey dog roast. This is always a popular trip so tell your freinds and have great night out on the island.

cost: $55 if renting a kayak from us. (includes kayak and gear, yoga and hotdogs) $25 if bringing your own kayak (includes yoga, hot dogs)

Directions: Take SUNSET ROAD west till it dead ends into FT. HARRISON/ EDGEWATER DRIVE. Turn left and you will see us unloading on the left side of the road right by the bridge.

Bring your favorite bottle of wine to share with the group and we'll bring the rest like cups, chips, cheese and crackers.

Things to bring: yoga mat if you have one or a large towel, water, bottle of wine to share, sunscreen, bug spray, camera, appropriate kayaking clothing, close toed water shoes are the best or sandals if that's what you have. NO Flipflops! due to oyster beds. Bring a small light to light up your kaysk on the way back.
