Hey TABOOers. We're Back from the Nort, yeah I said Nort, that's how they say it up there. Anyway were ready to Paddle. Start looking on the TABOO site for exciting trips coming up. Here's one now.

That's right gang it's Kayoga time again. The last Kayoga was so popular were doing it again. TABOO and Carolina Mike's Kayaking Adventures and Wendy Fit Yoga Studios are teaming up again to bring you Yoga and Kayaking in the Tampa Bay area. This time we're paddling to a spoil island in the inter-coastal just South of Dunedin. We'll paddle 45 min to the island for a 1 hour session of yoga at sunset and then dine on wine & cheese and a hotdog roast. This is always a popular trip so tell your friends and have great night out on the island.

Beginner and up paddle. Kayaks available for to rent.

Must prepay using the Paypal link under payments.

cost: $55 if renting a kayak from us. (includes kayak and gear, yoga and food) $25 if bringing your own kayak (includes yoga, hot dogs)

Bring your favorite bottle of wine to share with the group and we'll bring the rest like cups, chips, cheese and crackers and brats and dogs.

Things to bring: yoga mat if you have one or a large towel, water, bottle of wine to share, sunscreen, bug spray, camera, appropriate kayaking clothing, close toed water shoes are the best or sandals if that's what you have. NO Flipflops! due to oyster beds. Bring a small light to light up your kaysk on the way back.
