The World is our Classroom!

Chalkle Whānau is a learning network formed to offer families the opportunity to learn, share and collaborate with other members of the community in fun, informal, positive, and meaningful ways.

We embrace the idea of the world being our classroom and aim to offer families a platform to experience real life learning out in the world.

Chalkle Whānau experiences are made up of a mixture of one-off workshops & events, short courses and community activities. By working with facilitators and other community members who share a learner-directed approach, Chalkle Whānau experiences aim to give participants opportunities that allow for self-motivation, creating unique and personal learning journeys which embrace the creative process.

All activities are designed for the whole Whānau to actively participate!
