I'm interested in setting up a worm composter, getting a better yield from my outdoor garden, and producing food inside my home.
I am an experienced in bread, jam, pickle, kraut, kombucha, confit. I set up a living spice rack with lights to grow herbs year round.
I'm a professional chef with a special background in nutrition. Since transitioning to full time homesteader after having my daughter two years ago, I've become obsessed with growing my own food.
