What kinds of things are you interested in creating or learning?

I want to focus on fermented foods for the health benefits. Pickles would be awesome and maybe some Japanese or Korean pickles?

Is there anything you'd be interested in sharing or teaching?

I sprout my own wheat and then dry it, mill it and make bread. It's very nutty and delish.

Introduction

I make my own yogurt and soy yogurt and I have done some preserving. I made terrific sauerkraut and I've made rejuvelac. I am restarting worm composting after a hiatus of several years and I look forward to meeting.
