Welcome to your Raw Food and Super Food adventure!
You have found the right place to learn fun and easy ways to incorporate living foods into your diet. Learn how to upgrade your family's nutrition, increase your energy, mental clarity and focus, and enjoy your life on a whole new level! We will have a particular focus on teaching the basics of getting started with Raw Foods and Super Foods with family friendly recipes. Our group meets monthly and we will usually have a raw food demonstration. This is a great opportunity to learn raw food prep skills and ask any questions you might have.
WHAT TO BRING: A lovingly prepared raw vegan dish to share with 6-10 people (washed baby greens or sliced fruits are good if you are new) and check out http://www.goneraw.com/ for recipe ideas. You also have the option of donating $5-10 instead of bringing a dish. Plastic plates will be provided, and we LOVE it when you bring your own washable plate, and utensils to keep our meeting as "green" as possible.
