Raw Food Thanksgiving Dinner and Vegan Cooked Option

 

SunCafe will be open normal hours on Thanksgiving. 11am - 3pm we will offer our normal lunch menu. Thanksgiving dinner will be a prix fixe coursed meal with a raw food or cooked-vegan option. $40 per person.

RAW FOOD THANKSGIVING MENU
SOUP - Butternut Squash Soup with Crispy Onion Strings and Raw Garlic Bread
SALAD - Autumn Kale Salad with Cinnamon Pumpkin Slaw, Dried Cranberry and Slivered Almond
ENTREE - Eggplant & Portobello Mushroom Roulade with Herbed Truffle Cheese Filling, Vegetable au Jus, Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
SIDES - Garlic "Roasted" Fall Vegetables, Raw Mashed "Potato" with Crimini Mushroom Gravy, Apple Fennel Stuffing, Cranberry Compote
"DIGESTIF" - Cranberry Kombucha "Cocktail"
DESSERT - Pumpkin Pie with Coconut Cashew Cream

SALAD - Autumn Kale Salad with Cinnamon Pumpkin Slaw, Dried Cranberry and Slivered Almond
ENTREE - Polentil Thanksgiving Loaf (Polenta with Lentils, seasonal Vegetables) served with Vegetable au Jus, Crimini Mushroom Gravy, Basil Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Crispy Onions
SIDES - Garlic Roasted Fall Vegetables, Mashed Red Potato with Crimini Mushroom Gravy, Apple Fennel Stuffing, Cranberry Compote
