Engine 2 Diet: Meet the Author & Taste the Recipes

In a few weeks, Whole Foods Market Upper Arlington is hosting Rip Esselstyn, author of The Engine 2 Diet & My Beef With Meat for a book signing and recipe tasting. Rip will talk a little about his plant-strong eating philosophy and be available to sign copies of his new book. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste a handful of Rip’s delicious and nutritious recipes such as Spicy Italian Eat Balls, Lime-Mango Bean Salad, Kale Pesto Pasta and Damn Good Cookies.

Whole Foods is taking registrations for the event at Whole Foods Market Upper Arlington; please call[masked] to confirm your attendance.

How does the Upper Arlington Whole Foods store compare to the Dublin Granville store? Which do you prefer? :-)

HI Jean! So glad you liked Rip. Thanks for your feedback! Whole Foods in Dublin is much bigger than the Upper Arlington WF. You can run in more quickly to UA than Dublin. Personally, I don't know the UA store well enough yet to know where everything is, so I'm still working on finding my way around. Did you like the store?

We thought that Rip gave an excellent "book report" and the many many tastes and samples were excellent!

Hi. I was at whole Foods. Due to work I did not get there till after 5:00. I was able to purchase one of the last three remaining copies of "My Beef with Meat". I also purchased Rip's first book, and got both signed.

Hi Dana and Annette. it is an open house, so pop in as your schedule allows (note: it's open to the public, so won't just be our Meetup ;)

Don't forget to call the Upper Arlington store at[masked] to register for the event! I missed that part when I first RSVP'd until a friend pointed that out to me.

This is my first meet up. Is there a certain area I need to go to for the event?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
