This group focuses on just that and more! We provide a safe space for you to learn and share about healthy eating, heathy cooking and whole living. We have workshops to talk about weight loss, sugar addiction, and stress reduction. We also tour health food stores, attend cooking classes, share recipes, get together to talk about how to get and stay healthy, and for those who are interested, participate in workout/fitness classes.
