My brother's girlfriend is vegan and I have been introduced to a lot of new vegetarian dishes lately. I like most of it so this sounds like a fun way to try new things and meet new people. Recently have cut down on red meat intake as it causes inflamation and pollutes the atmosphere, (the flatulent cows). I know that eating a lot of meat is not good for me, so I have been eating more veggies and fruits. Any new ideas to spice up veggies and fruits would be helpful. Also the quantities that are the healthiest.
