Spring has sprung! Let's get this MeetUp going!! I am planning a whole slew of MeetUps for the season and we are kicking it off with the harvest!
The harvest? Aren't we supposed to be planting seedlings right now?!?
True. True. BUT.
Lots of good stuff are already sprouting and ready to go (and I'm not talking about asparagus -- although they're certainly a peak pick right now!). I'm talking about wild edibles. Who knew there's a salad ready to be picked in your backyard? Or greens ready to be juiced and sauteed?
