Fresh Almond Milk
Hail to the Kale Salad
Red Lentil Chili in 10 minutes!
Nutrient Rich Smoky Black Bean Soup
Chocolate FUNdue
Peanut Butter Fudge Truffles
Fresh Homemade Banana Ice Cream

All 10 recipes are made from Nutrient Rich, plant-based WHOLE FOOD ingredients.
Absolutely NO PROCESSED or REFINED ingredients are used.
All recipes are sugar free, dairy free, cholesterol free, wheat free,
Gluten-free, oil free and salt free.

In this fun, informative 3 hour class you will sample all of these
delicious dishes and receive the recipes.

Chef AJ is the author of “UNPROCESSED – How to achieve vibrant health and your ideal weight”
and was the Executive Vegan Pastry Chef at Sante La Brea. She has been a culinary instructor for the last 12 years and has provided healthy meals for several television shows and celebrities.

    AJ is very personable and entertaining. It was great knowing that the recipes that she provided to us and demonstrated making in class were not only delish but really good for our bodies. She also provided us with cooking tips and where to get most of the ingredients. She provided a lot of great information on why we should be eating unprocessed food and eliminate dairy, sugar, salt and flower from our diets. And you do not have to give up deserts or chocolate to do so! All of the food was wonderful and tasty from the Museli (of which she went over 3 different ways to process it) to the Peanut Butter Fudge Truffles. And of course the delicious Hale to the Kale salad...yes kale can be tasty!!
