Delicious, healthy whole foods for everyday allergen free cooking!

LLU, with the help of a grant from Riverside Community Health Foundation, opened a Wholistic Medicine Consulting Clinic. (See our website www.wholistickids.org ) We are not a primary care clinic, rather we see patients for specific chronic conditions to help them identify the root cause and to find healthier, more natural ways to treat chronic conditions. We see our role as a complement to traditional medicine. Because we see many patients with gluten and dairy sensitivities, we started this group providing support, education and creative cooking ideas to help our patients succeed with their restrictive diet. We have now opened it up to the community at large as an opportunity to provide good "whole foods" cooking education. We are looking forward to meeting each of you. The hosts are volunteers who believe in healthy cooking and provide the food themselves, therefore they are most grateful for voluntary donations, to help with the cost of the food each week.

Justine Campbell, Registered Dietitian and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Jan Hackleman RN, MFT, the first Clinical Director of the Wholistic Medicine Clinic, are the hosts the group.

I have been making gluten-free bread, but it seems to give me that unmentionable malady that can keep people a long distance away. Does anyone else have that problem?

Hi Cheri, what ingredients are you using in your gluten-free bread?

May I have a physical address for my GPS? Also, any added directions or info that may be helpful?
