A: ALL ORGANISERS PAY MEET-UP A QUARTERLY FEE TO RUN THEIR GROUPS and they recommend we charge members to help cover this cost, we spend a lot of time sourcing fab events, venues, travel and things to do so the minimal admin fee helps to covers the cost.
