 Howdy peeps! Lets run 5 miles before we go to work. We meet at the store at 5:25am to start running at 5:30am sharp.

We are usually back in our cars by 6:30 am.

    Great! Advanced runners but very supportive of slower runners like me. I ran a lot more and a lot more harder than I would have alone. Thanks everyone!!
