Meet other people engaged in Earth Skills Education (naturalist and survival skills such as tracking, birding, primitive crafts, etc.), Permaculture (sustainable living skills), and Herbal Gardening (wildcrafting and edible/medicinal plants) during classes that also include Natural Arts & Music.
Classes follow the Wolf Journey earth skills curriculum ( http://www.wolfcamp.c.... ) written by instructor Chris Chisholm who founded Wolf Camp in Bellingham in 1996. The cost is $15 per class, or just $10 for registering additional family members and/or pre-paying for the remainder of the season.
Wolf Camp also facilitates Weekend Workshops and weekly classes in other towns throughout Western Washington. Week-long training camps run during academic year breaks as well as all summer long. In-depth Three Season Apprenticeships follow the academic year calendar, and Summer Residential Apprenticeships are celebrating their 10 year anniversary in 2010!
See http://www.wolfcamp.c.... for all the details, or call 425-248-0253 with questions at any time.
