PS: For those of you with an interest in wolves or wildlife tracking, this Sunday is a very special treat. Brian McConnell, the only certified wildlife trailing evaluator in the U.S. for Cybertracker International, plans to join us at our Wolf Trackers Training in Arlington. Due to the distance, we recommend taking the 10:25 AM Kingston-Edmonds ferry in order to arrive at 12:00 noon to have lunch with us at the Shire Cafe, 17 East Division Street in Arlington because before heading out to one of the best tracking areas along the Stilliguamish River, we'll catch you up on recent changes to wolf politics and ecology, review wildlife tracking methods, and talk about trailing animals in preparation for becoming skilled at tracking wolves and informing constituents on all sides of the issue. Check out the $5-$25 cost schedule and rsvp at http://www.meetup.com/Wolf-Journey-Programs-in-Kitsap-and-Jefferson-Counties/events/37072742/ because space is limited, and we will close enrollment when other cross-posted sites fill the workshop. Originally from Arkansas, Brian now lives near Bellingham with his wife and son. Brian will help us focus on trailing canines during this training, which will also serve as a prerequisite if you would like to spend November 13 tracking with David Moskowitz in wolf pack territory near Cle Elem.
