Hello, Wilmington Music Club members and friends! };=D

djBe here - singer-songwriter, guitarist, DJ rocking coastal Carolina with a club for music lovers like YOU and me! Singers, dancers, audiophiles, and musicians amateur to pro are all welcome here - and at all our fun anfdfriendly WMC events.

Formerly the Wilmington Karaoke Club - and still packing our calendar with a dozen fine karaoke shows a month - we expanded our focus in 2011 to encompass more of the music energy in the greater New Hanover County region.

Our club's signature event is the monthly SUNDAY SHOWCASE at THE HARP - 1/8; 2/6; 3/6; 4/3  - With FREE admission, AWESOME and reasonably priced pub food and Irish specialties, $2 PBR longnecks, $3 whiskey&cokes,and $4 mimosas and bloody marys!

September we enjoyed the music of Virzanix, Mike O'Donnell, Might Marco, Tony Woodrich of True North Productions, Dan Gaultinier and myself.

Musicians play and/or record 20-30 minute sets . We play a little back after each session to make sure and off you go with a ten dollar demo! Please spread the word about this great monthly event to network, have fun and advance your musical endeavors! Help yourselves to our message board to buy, sell and trade music stuff and to start forums on music-related topics of your choosing. There has been alot of malicious flagging on craigslist in the event and musical instrument sections so use our board to supplement your craigslist posts and increase your overall exposure!
